Worthy

Great graphic style, and choice of music. Voices were a bit horrible. Ended too soon, just when it started to get interesting.

Definitely got a lot of potential, just needs a longer storyline. Good job. I'll be watching out for ep2.

Voices were annoying

Graphics & animation were pretty cool, but the whole thing seemed totally pointless. If it was supposed to be funny, it failed dismally. You need a much better storyboard if you're gonna impress people with this series.

Brilliantly drawn & animated. Decent storyline too. Respect due for your hard work. I look forward to EP2

Worth watching though, if only for the monkey policemen. I actually watched it twice (believe it or not), and it did seem better... not gonna watch it any more times though because I think my head will implode

Pretty sweet

I normally hate skate movies, but you obviously spent a lot of time on the graphics & backgrounds, so this definitely merits the score. I know, it's probably impractical, but it would have been nice to be able to put the cross-hairs to use during the movie... =). Could maybe do with some bg music also. Nice job though, makes a pleasant change from the deluge of crappy stick skate movies.

Very silly

But quite amusing. Would like to see a little more animation. You should have got some ol' dancehall music or something playing in the background too, it needed that really.

Overall, not a bad submission. Keep it up!

Yea I figured i needed more animation i was a little lazt so didn t animate that much. I really wanted some music but i couldnt figure out get music and voice overs. And the ways I tried were not effective overall thanks for reviewing and thanks again for making it constructive!

Don't understand why the dogs.. or the tortoise... groovy vid though. Not a huge amount of depth, but amusing viewing, and suitably seasonal.

Major problems

1) Your should have a preloader for anything over 1Mb. A 'PLAY' button appeared, I pressed it, and was rewarded with 2 minutes of blank white screen before the movie appeared.
2) If you're planning on creating 10-15 movies WITH 2 songs, you need to optimise everything. You should have used this submission as an opportunity to practise that, rather than submitting a 2.3Mb file that consisted of one jpeg and 2.2Mb of music

You REALLY need to go and learn more about Flash if you intend to make a go of this. Take the time to search & read.

[A Super Mario Story I]

Wow.

It's not often I hand out 10's across the board, but this is absolutely amazing. I particularly like the raving Koopas. Everything is spot-on. I need to dig out the old NES now, that just brought back so many memories.
Awesome. Gotta watch it again now...

Liked the style

Had some funny little bits. I thought it was really good, my only suggestion would be to use a little more animation earlier on, rather than the still shots. Definitely got better towards the end. Congrats on DF... keep up the good work!
