Damn. Everyone I know that has BT have problems with them. It makes me glad that I'm on Virgin Media, which can be terrible at times.

If it's any consolation, cable suppliers and broadband resellers through BT lines are equally shit.
Well, I was actually going through Sky (since there's no aerial reception out here in the Welsh hills, we have the TV from them), but I finally got annoyed enough with their broadband team's lack of communication (won't send emails, won't accept incoming calls, and can't contact us since the phone is pretty much ft tied up with dialup) to switch to Zen as ISP - apparently they're a lot more clued up (and more expensive), but the problem still lies with the appalling quality of the BT network in the area, which is apparently going to require a full upgrade not just for me, but for the village I live in.
If anyone wants to talk to me realtime (NG is way too slow to load on this connection), I'm spending a fair amount of GMT time in Cafe Kong chatroom on Kongregate.... if & when I can access it.
